My cousin Marques got married this summer. There was a picture taken of all of my mom's family that was there. We definitely don't get to see everyone as often as I would like. I sure do love all of these people!

Dance 2012-2013

I have no idea why I am so late posting this. Jadyn had a fantastic dance year on Team Topaz. Jadyn loves dancing and tumbling and this past year she had a lot of fun. It was a little adjustment at the beginning of the year because she skipped a team and so most of the girls on her team had been with each other for over 3 years. She made friends quickly though and was very happy. She had 2 tumbling classes and 4 hours of dance. Many people comment that that is a lot of hours for an 8 year old but she loves it and VERY rarely complains about going. She came so far in tumbling this year which is what we were hoping for and why we put her in 2 classes. She ended the year with having her back handspring and side ariel. I am so proud of her! I am glad she has found something that she loves. It gets pretty crazy in the spring when she has competitions several Saturday's a month, but it is worth it to me to see the confidence and happiness it brings her!

Their Jazz dance "Mr. Postman" was cute and Jadyn had the GREATEST facials in the dance. I loved watching her every time and just laughed at her cute facial expressions. She just loved getting to be the one to kiss Isaiah at the end of the dance and the audience always laughed at her expression. She even won an award at the year end performance for "Best Showmanship" for that kiss! Their Lyrical dance to Celine Dion "Fly" was A.MAZ.ING!!!! It brought me to tears many times. It was so beautiful!
I am grateful for all of our family who come and support her. Jadyn gets so happy when she knows other people are coming to watch her. I know that the performances can be long but she sure appreciates everyone who comes.
